Envision has been doing light commercial work as long as it has done residential projects. It began in the 90’s with a children’s consignment store followed by the first office space for Electric Pen, a graphic design firm. Over the years Envision continued to work with Electric Pen as the company expanded, with a final project of their current office completed in 2010.
In 2012 Envision built 2Bar Distillery in the SODO district. An empty warehouse space was transformed into a highly efficient and successful production and distribution business, with a unique and cozy tasting room.
In 2013 Envision built Radiator Whiskey. As a former architecture office space in Pike Place Market, Envision did a complete restaurant retrofit delivering a distinct prohibition era environment.
In 2014 Envision remodeled Matt’s in the Market prep kitchen.
